Please separate the soup from the ingredients of the beef rib soup.Cool the soup for 10 to 20 minutes and put it in the freezer for an hour and a half to 2 hours to prepare it cold. Please prepare the ribs in small pieces.

Loosen the clumped cold noodles.

Boil cold noodles in boiling water for 40 to 50 seconds and rinse in cold water to remove moisture.

Place the naengmyeon in a bowl and top with the naengmyeon radish, cucumber, egg, rib meat, and ginseng. Pour the cold ssam galbitang soup and add vinegar and lotus bran to complete. (Tip. You can skip vinegar and soft mustard to suit your taste.)

Beef rib cold noodles are done! (Tip. It's good to put all the ribs on garnish or eat them with mustard sauce. (Mustard sauce: 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of lotus, a little sesame oil, a little sesame)
