(Healthy food, The Bigo) Potato Ongsimi Abalone Seaweed Soup
I made potato ongsimi that goes well with seaweed with soft fresh potatoes and made seaweed soup. When the weather is getting hot and you're running out of energy, you have to eat healthy food. If you want to eat comfortably at home, make it by applying the ingredients at home as a health snack. you can make a much better and healthier meal^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Prepare the healthy dibigo abalone seaweed soup and other ingredients.
STEP 2/13
Boil anchovies and kelp in a pot again to make broth.
STEP 3/13
Slice the onion thinly.
STEP 4/13
Peel and cut potatoes and grind them in a grater or blender.
STEP 5/13
Put it in a cloth and squeeze the water out.

Do not throw away the water from the potatoes, but leave it in a bowl for about 5 minutes and pour only the water from the stomach gently when the sediment subsides.

Add 1 tablespoon of perilla powder and simmer over medium-low heat for another 5 minutes.

Season it with tuna sauce or soy sauce and boil it for 2 more minutes, and the light potato ongsim is abalone and seaweed soup is complete!

It's chewy and light, so you can digest it well and eat it deliciously and healthily, so make sure to make it. It is much more savory with perilla powder, and the potato and seaweed are chewy and soft, so it has a healthy taste.
