Please prepare the ingredients

Cut the zucchini evenly into 5cm lengths, leaving about 1cm on the bottom and hollowing out.

*You can adjust the amount of rice, beef brisket soybean paste sauce, and vegetables according to your preference
*If you use quality rice, the texture may decrease if you steam it again in a steamer, so be careful
