Royal Cuisine Rediscovery of healthy Der

In our food culture, bibimbap is traditionally deeply rooted, but it is still loved by modern people. So today, we're going to make bibimbap using Derby Bibigo's "Chadolunggangsoenjang over rice sauce." We prepared Pumpkinseon Bibimbap, which consists of ingredients that enhance the taste of Derby and Chadolungangsoenjang over rice sauce. Pumpkin ship, a royal dish, is usually made by cutting zucchini and inserting vegetables and meat, and it can be used as a more diverse dish if the inside is dug out and used as a bowl. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Please prepare the ingredients
STEP 2/16
Cut the zucchini evenly into 5cm lengths, leaving about 1cm on the bottom and hollowing out.

Chop carrots into 5cm long pieces and chop shiitake mushrooms into small pieces
STEP 4/16
In a greased pan, stir-fry shredded carrots and a pinch of salt
STEP 5/16
In an oiled pan, stir-fry minced shiitake mushrooms, mixing soy sauce and sesame oil

Add 1T of beef brisket soy bean paste sauce to the bottom of the zucchini
STEP 7/16
Fill the rest of the space with rice

Place stir-fried carrots and shiitake mushrooms on top of rice, place in a steaming steamer, cover and steam for 10 minutes

Eggs are a must for bibimbap
Put quail eggs on a greased pan and fry them with a little salt

Place quail eggs on top of pumpkin ship bibimbap taken out of the steamer.
