Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
In a pan, stir-fry 300g of pork for soup over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add a little bit of pepper and salt.
Add a spoonful of cooking wine.
I used Himalayan refined salt for salt.
STEP 2/3
Put the cooked pork for the soup separately, and now stir-fry the lobster meat in a pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 3/3
Put rice - pork - lobster - medicinal red pepper paste - 1T of sesame oil in a bowl and mix it.
