whelk/raw whelk soup
Raw whelks usually feed on algae in the deep East Sea, which is about 200m deep. As one of the precious ingredients, raw whelks are rich in protein, so it's good for dieting. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the green onion into round pieces, and cut the cheongyang red pepper and red pepper in round pieces. Prepare a tablespoon of minced garlic and half a tablespoon of flower salt. Add or decrease minced garlic and salt to taste.

Pour 1 liter of cold water into a bowl, dissolve 1 to 2 tablespoons of salt, and add raw whelks.

I soaked the raw whelk for 30 minutes and it became foggy. Rinse it twice in clear water to remove the water.
