STEP 1/13
Boil potatoes and carrots.
STEP 2/13
Wash the boiled potatoes and carrots in cold water and drain them.
STEP 3/13
Steam a quarter of the cabbage. Steam the cabbage until it is transparent.

It's a soft steamed cabbage wrap.
STEP 5/13
Mash the boiled potatoes and carrots. Put the cooled rice in it.

Season the rice. Add sesame oil, pepper, and salt and mix well.

Spread the steamed cabbage well. I'm going to cook two ssambap at the same time

It's CJ Derby and mushroom bulgogi. Heat it in a les for about 2 minutes and let it cool for a while.

Put potato salad and rice together and put them in cabbage wraps.

Put the heated mushroom bulgogi sauce into the mixture of potato salad and rice. Potatoes and carrots are good for dieting and small amounts of rice, so it's good for carbohydrates.

Fold it on both sides and roll it. You can make it like you're making Vietnamese rolls.

Today's lunch box is!!! This is cabbage potato salad rice made with CJ Derby and mushroom bulgogi. There's rice in it. Potatoes and carrots are in it. The seasoning is made by mushroom bulgogi. It's delicious. Lol So what did they make with leftover rice and potato salad?!!!!!!!

It's... it's a Western style that I really like. I made it totally Korean style. Mesh potato!! There are potatoes and carrots left. There's seasoned rice in it. I mixed it with mushroom bulgogi sauce, and it's amazing. It's not greasy at all. It was the best mesh potato. This is more delicious than cabbage wraps Lol
