Peel and cut the potatoes in half and slice them very thinly into 0.2mm.
If it's hard to slice thinly, you can chop it with a knife.

Soak the potatoes in water and add starch
Rinse it 2-3 times so that there is no starch left and drain it.

Chop green onions and cheongyang peppers for seasoning.

Make seasoned sauce with soy sauce, red pepper powder, sugar, green onion, cheongyang pepper, ground garlic, and cooking wine.
You can add 1/2T of red pepper paste to your taste.

Potatoes without starch won't cook quickly
Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 2 to 3 minutes with the lid closed. (10 minutes at 16 degrees air fryer)

When the lid is moist and the potato is cooked transparently, open the lid and turn it upside down and bake it until golden.
STEP 7/7
Season the baked potato with seasoning, sesame seeds, and sesame oil and it's done.
Cut potatoes as thin as possible and soak them in water to remove starch. If it's hard to bake potatoes, you can boil them in water.
