It's a cherry tomato that's easy to meet in any season. When I went to the market these days, the price of cherry tomatoes dropped a lot so I made sun-dried tomatoes that you can eat with cheese on top of bread or put it in pasta!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I prepared 1kg of cherry tomatoes
Please wash it thoroughly
STEP 2/6
Cut tomatoes in half or quarter size and pan in oven pan
STEP 3/6
I dried it at 100-110
When you dry it, you spray salt, pepper, or olive oil to dry it. I like to dry cherry tomatoes without anything

Disinfect the bottle and dry it well
Put it in a sterilized bottle
STEP 5/6
Slice garlic. Prepare rosemary without water
I like basil instead of rosemary
If you don't have it, skip it.

Fill it with olive oil to cover
*In case of sun-dried tomatoes, if you leave them at room temperature, the probability of mold increases I recommend that you store it in the refrigerator. When refrigerated, olive oil hardens, but it is recommended to take it out at room temperature before using it. That way, you can leave it for a little longer.
