Ingredients
  • dried saesongi
    150g
  • dried shiitake mushroom
    70~80g
  • oyster mushroom
    100g
  • Lemon
    2piece
  • Vietnamese pepper
    5~6ea
  • bay leaf
    3piece
  • Ginger
    4~5piece
  • Soy sauce
    300ml
  • Sugar
    1.5cup
  • Water
    4cup
Cooking Steps

Prepare dried saesongi mushrooms

Prepare dried oyster mushrooms
STEP 3/8
After preparing the dried shiitake mushrooms, mix the three mushrooms and put them in a container

Prepare the Pyeonsaenggang/Vietnamese dried peppers
*You can add garlic instead of braised beef

Make soy sauce water and add 2 pieces of dried lemon, sliced ginger, and Vietnamese pepper

Bring to a boil over high heat. When it starts to boil, bring it down to medium heat. Bring it to a boil for 5 minutes and let it cool

Pour soy sauce water evenly with a ladle in a place where mushrooms are placed
Press the mushroom with a ladle, cool it down, let it ripen for 2-3 days, and eat it right away
If you don't have dried lemon, take it out or slice it raw
