Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
You can prepare vegetables for jjolmyeon to suit your taste, but prepare bean sprouts and perilla leaves if possible. Cucumber, too.

First, rub the lumps with your hands to separate the chewy noodles.

Chop the cabbage and cucumber finely
Cut the perilla leaves into thin slices.
