Apple Crumble
If you leave an apple unattended for a long time, it becomes ugly and doesn't get clogged easily. So I was thinking about what to do with apple-processed baking, which is super simple to do at home, and I made crumble. It's very simple. It costs between 4,000 won and 5,000 won at a cafe I made it out of apples that I have. It can also be used as blueberries!!

If you want to make dough, sift the powder and chop the cold butter until it is about the size of a grain of rice, using a scraper or hand.

After that, add 1 egg and mix lightly.
It doesn't matter if it's a food processor, but if you're making dough, beat the eggs well so that the color comes out evenly.

It's good to put the dough in a plastic bag and keep it cold and mature.
Even if you can see a big lump in the picture, if you touch it lightly, the pain will be disturbed quickly.
Think of the crumble shape you're going to upload later and make a small and large crumble.

I used 2 apples, but you can do more.
I cut the apple into flat cubes, but you can slice it and it looks good even if you slice it thinly!
I wanted to give it some texture, so I cut it so that the thickness is not constant.
When it's boiled down, the apple juice comes out, and it's mushy as it cooks, so I like to make it thick
I think thin slices are the prettiest.

Because it's a process of boiling butter and sugar even if it melts and the juice comes out. :)
Isn't it too much liquid at first? Even if you want, keep boiling over low heat.
Even two apples can feel that the amount of peeling is smaller than you think.
If the amount is insufficient, you can keep the dough frozen and make more with Soboro, so there's no worry

If you use a mousse ring, round, or square pan, put food or parchment paper on the sides and bottom

I grilled it at 185 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes while looking at the color of the grill.
