  • Tofu

  • Carrot

  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • Red pepper
    1ea
  • Red pepper powder
    1T
  • thick soy sauce
    6T
  • crushed garlic
    0.5T
  • plum extract
    1T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • Water

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Chop 1/3 carrot and 1/2 onion, chop 1 cheongyang red pepper and 1 red pepper, and cut tofu into appropriate sizes
STEP 2/7
Place sliced tofu side by side in a pan
STEP 3/7
Make a sauce for braised tofu
STEP 4/7
Sprinkle half of the sauce on top of the tofu and put onions and carrots on top
STEP 5/7
Put Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper on top and sprinkle with the remaining sauce
STEP 6/7
Cover and simmer until the sauce is halved
