  • Pork
    600g
  • King oyster mushroom
    4ea
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • Herb salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the fat part of pork belly into 1cm apart
STEP 2/6
Season with salt, pepper and herb salt
STEP 3/6
Turn to 120 degrees for 2 hours and 30 minutes in an air fryer
STEP 4/6
Add some food to the stagnant pork oil and cook the fat on low heat for another 10 minutes
STEP 5/6
Grill mushrooms and whole garlic in remaining oil
STEP 6/6
Cut it into the right size and put it in nicely!
It's even more delicious if you eat it with kimchi or green onion salad!
