Making green onion egg fried rice with garlic and oyster sauce
I really like a bowl of dishes that are easy to make, eat, and clean! In particular, fried rice is one of the indispensable dishes when eating alone or making my husband's lunch box. Today, I made green onion egg fried rice with green onion, egg, garlic, and oyster sauce that I always have at home!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Chop the green onions,

Prepare garlic by slicing it into pieces.

Put enough cooking oil on the frying pan
STEP 4/11
Add chopped green onions, sliced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry over high heat to make parmalade oil.

When the scallions and garlic are cooked, put them aside

Break 2 eggs into an empty space

Stir to make scrambled eggs.

When scrambled eggs are done, put the eggs aside like green onions

Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce to the part with the strongest heat.

When the soy sauce is boiled down and turns black, mix it with an egg.
If you do this, the fried rice tastes even better because it tastes like fire!
