STEP 1/6
Wash 1 cup of rice thoroughly, add 2 pieces of kelp and 1 cup of water, and cook rice.

Slice 1 onion and soak it in water to remove the spicy taste.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 2 tablespoon of water and mix.
Boil about two-thirds of the onions soaked in water in the sauce.

Mix vinegar:sugar:water ratio 1:1:1 to form sweet vinegar.
Cool the freshly cooked rice and mix with the sweet vinegar water.
STEP 5/6
Place braised onions on top of seasoned rice.
STEP 6/6
Put salmon sashimi around the table, stack the remaining onion salad, and put wasabi on it!
If you prepare radish sprouts, you can enjoy them even more.
You don't have to work on sweet vinegar on rice.
