Green tea rice balls made with Gyeonggi-mi Chamdream rice
The lettuce planted in the garden is growing and it is time to taste the joy of harvest. Maybe that's why I enjoy eating ssambap all summer from now on.. I made a green tea lunch box with vegetables that can be enjoyed as a simple lunch box in summer. Green tea also has a sterilizing effect, so it prevents food from getting restless, making it perfect for simple rice balls or lunch boxes in summer. Just putting savory nut ssamjang on a rice ball made of Gyeonggi-do Chamdream rice with a good chewy taste, the taste goes well with it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Prepare a large amount of ingredients.
STEP 2/10
Wash the rice twice in running water and soak it for 30 minutes.
STEP 3/10
I cooked rice using a simple rice cooker.
Put soaked rice in a pot and cook rice with pressure cooking by adding 2 cups of water and 1.5 tablespoons of green tea leaves.
STEP 4/10
Mix the finished green tea rice evenly.
STEP 5/10
When the rice is hot, add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and rummage through the hot heat to dissolve the salt.
STEP 6/10
After cooling it down, scoop out a spoon each and make it into a round rice ball shape.
STEP 7/10
Put green tea rice balls on lettuce and perilla leaves and put them in a lunch box.
STEP 8/10
Stir-fry the nuts in a dry ungreased pan until golden brown.
STEP 9/10
While the rice is being cooked, add roasted nuts to the amount of nut ssamjang sauce and make it in advance.
STEP 10/10
Place the prepared nut ssamjang little by little over the rice.
