Season it. The soup is clean and cool.

Put it out and boil it one more time.

If the radish is cooked, cut it into pieces
Add the green onion. If you like the spicy taste
You can put in Cheongyang red pepper.

When boiling bean sprout soup, it is better to open the lid and boil it.
That way, it doesn't smell like bean sprouts.
Instead of soy sauce, I seasoned it with salted shrimp, and the soup is cool.
