Cut the onions and potatoes into small pieces, then simmer butter and ingredients in a wide pan.

Add broccoli and bring to a boil stirring until thickened. Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese and adjust salt, pepper, and sugar to taste when appropriate.

It's a healthy and delicious broccoli soup.

If you eat it with morning bread, it's a good breakfast.
Even if you grind the broccoli and make it, it's a chewy texture in your mouth.
I don't like it, so it's cumbersome, but I sifted it once.
