Making Healthy Potato Broccoli Soup
I made a soup with leftover broccoli after making baby food. It's annoying when you do it, but if you make it, it's a simple breakfast if you heat it up. :)

  • Cream cheese

  • Cheddar cheese
    1-2piece
  • Milk
    500g
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the onions and potatoes into small pieces, then simmer butter and ingredients in a wide pan.
STEP 2/6
Add all the ingredients to the butter and boil while mashing.
STEP 3/6
Grind broccoli flower part with milk.
STEP 4/6
Add broccoli and bring to a boil stirring until thickened. Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese and adjust salt, pepper, and sugar to taste when appropriate.
STEP 5/6
It's a healthy and delicious broccoli soup.
STEP 6/6
If you eat it with morning bread, it's a good breakfast.
Even if you grind the broccoli and make it, it's a chewy texture in your mouth. I don't like it, so it's cumbersome, but I sifted it once.
