I made rice paper tteokbokki, one of the hottest menus these days. It's also called Vietnamese tteokbokki. Who made it I like the idea.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
You can choose the ingredients you want to add to the tteokbokki and add the vegetables you want. You can use whatever kind of cheese you have.

Prepare cabbage and green onions, and cut fish cakes into bite-sized pieces. Please prepare cheese, too.

First, soak the rice paper in water and wet it.
Instead of using hot or lukewarm water, it's better to use normal temperature water.

Wet each sheet in water and overlap 3 sheets.

Roll the rice paper from the tip when it is moderately soft. Two sheets are a little thin, and if you roll three sheets together, it becomes a suitable thickness.

In the same way, put the cheese in the middle and wrap it around. You just need to roll one or two sheets of cheese together.

You can roll up other ingredients like cheese and prepare them.
