Make it simple with jajang powder! Making delicious jajang rice
I tried to imitate Chinese jajang rice with jajang powder. If you mix delicious fried rice with homemade jajang sauce, it's really delicious. Above all, the children really like it.

Cooking Steps

First, cut the green onions. I used it right away because I had green onions in the freezer. Pour plenty of cooking oil into the pan and add green onions.
And stir-fry it well and make green onion oil.

If it smells like green onions, add the meat.
I put in the meat sold for curry jajangmyeon. And I added half a spoon of minced garlic and a little bit of salt and pepper.

I also added potatoes and carrots that take a lot of time to cook while frying. I personally like potatoes, so I put in a lot.

Jajangmyeon tastes better when you cook it on your own, so I only put in enough ingredients to cover it.

And I put the black bean sauce powder in the water first.
You can put it in the boiling ingredients right away and dissolve it, but the powder gets lumpy and doesn't dissolve well.
So first, I added a little bit of water and 6 spoons of black bean powder.

If the water boils and the vegetables blend well, add the pre-mixed jajang powder.

I also made fried rice.
It's delicious if you just add jajang sauce to rice, but it's even more delicious if you eat it with fried rice like this.
Grease the pan and add the green onions. I'll make green onion oil.

When the scent of green onions comes up, cut the carrots into small pieces and stir-fry them.
You can add onions, but I also used fried rice as an ingredient for jajang rice.
Put the fried vegetables on one side and make an empty space.
Then, I beat the eggs and made scrambled eggs.

Stir-fry the rice together.

It's done. Put jajang sauce on top of fried rice.
It was so delicious when I mixed it with jajangmyeon.
You don't need side dishes if you put kimchi on top and eat it together.
It was more delicious because there were plenty of ingredients in the jajang sauce.
(I ate a lot of potatoes and carrots, so I got full quickly.)
