STEP 1/13
Shred onions, chop garlic into thick pieces, and crush pepperoncino.
STEP 2/13
Wash broccoli clean and cut into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/13
Sea clams and wash their shells thoroughly.
STEP 4/13
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and boil pasta noodles 1 minute less than what is written on the package.
STEP 5/13
Put oil, garlic, and pepperoncino in a pan and coat with garlic scent over low heat.(Never get burnt!!)
STEP 6/13
When the garlic turns golden, add onions and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 7/13
Add clams and stir-fry over high heat and add white wine. (Remove miscellaneous smell.)
STEP 8/13
Add 2 cups of noodle water.
STEP 9/13
When the clams start to open their mouths, add the tomato sauce.
STEP 10/13
When it boils, season with salt and pepper over low heat.
STEP 11/13
Add the noodles and cook them perfectly to your liking as if they are boiled down.(It's better to boil it down a little less than to put fully cooked noodles in the pasta noodles.)
STEP 12/13
Add broccoli when the noodles are almost done.
STEP 13/13
Finally, put olive oil around it and finish it (to make it moist and fragrant)
The soup is small and moist, so the ratio with the noodles is important.
