Wood ear mushroom rice

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
After washing two cups of rice in a bowl,
Soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Prepare the sauce while the rice is soaked.
Wash the chives and cut them at intervals of 1cm.
STEP 3/8
Add 2 spoons of plum extract, 3 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of red pepper powder, 1 pinch of stir-fried sesame seeds, 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 pinch of salt, 1 spoon of minced garlic and chopped nutrient chives and mix them all together.
STEP 4/8
After making the sauce, wash the mushrooms from the neck and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 5/8
Put sesame oil on the pan, and stir-fry the mushrooms until the moisture is slightly evaporated.
STEP 6/8
Cook the soaked rice and roasted mushrooms in a rice cooker.
STEP 7/8
Cook with white rice and wait for 30 minutes.

Put the completed neck mushroom rice in a rice bowl and put the sauce on top of it!
The rice was sticky and glossy, so it was very delicious.
