STEP 1/7
Start soaking the seaweed in advance.
STEP 2/7
Slice cucumber and onion thinly.
I put the onions in the water for as long as they are soaked in cold water to get rid of the spicy taste. I made the seasoning first except for red pepper powder and sesame seeds.
STEP 3/7
Put the soaked seaweed, onions and cucumbers together in a bin.
(I cut the seaweed little by little with knife scissors.)
STEP 4/7
Pour in all the sauce, please
STEP 5/7
I'm going to rub it in.
I always use tongs when I rub.
(For the environment, let's reduce the use of plastic gloves as much as possible!)
STEP 6/7
Put it in a container and store it in the refrigerator.
I can eat right away if I have rice, but it's not cooked yet
STEP 7/7
(Additional Notes)
These are vinegar and oligosaccharides that I use.
Dry seaweed is a seaweed that I got for eating soup, and it's so delicious and soft even when I eat it with seasoned seaweed. Please soak it in water for as long as possible. I like the soft ones.
