1. Preparation of primary rice cooker cooking ingredients (1 container 10x10x8 cm)
- Microwave butter for my cooker

2. Preparation of ingredients for making 2nd tiramisu

3. Spread butter evenly on my cooker

4. Separate the egg whites and yolks and whisk the yolks and salt

5. If the foam rises by 70% using an electric white whisk, add sugar twice, mix, and make a hard meringue

6. Mix meringue lightly with a spatula in the yolk

8. Add vanilla extract, milk and mix with spatula so that no powder is visible

9. Pour the dough into my pot

10. Close the lid, select the no-pressure steamed menu with the selection button, set the time to 60 minutes, and press the no-pressure cook button
Turn the lid handle to set the high pressure/no pressure mode and select the no pressure steaming mode.

When I opened it after cooking, it swelled so well.
It's amazing to be able to make such a delicious-looking cake without an oven.

11. Take out my pot and flip it over to take out the sponge cake (be careful because my pot is hot)

20. Squeeze cream cheese evenly on top, put more sheet paper, and wet the coffee beans

21. Put cream cheese on top and make it flat

Soft and sweet and bitter tiramisu is complete!!
- When separating the white and yolk, be careful not to put the yolk in the white. (If the yolk goes in, the meringue won't come up.)
- Instead of liquid coffee, you can make syrup easily at home if you make black coffee strong and sweet with sugar.
- Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and eat cold.
