(Korean style eggplant side dish)
I remember the seasoned eggplants that my mom used to make for me since I was young, so I asked for a recipe and made it for the first time. It's so delicious!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
There are two grains of garlic in the picture, but I think it would be best to make only one garlic for this amount.
Even for me, who likes garlic, two garlics are a little spicy..

My mother told me to divide it into 3 to 4 equal parts and tear it a little more after I broke it in the microwave, but I thought my fingers would be too hot, so I divided it into 6 to 8 equal parts in advance.

Place the eggplant in a microwave-safe container and wrap it around, turning it for 3 minutes first, and turning it for an additional 1 minute.
STEP 4/6
Finely chop garlic and green onions while microwave eggplant.
STEP 5/6
The eggplant from the microwave has a lot of water, so please move it separately to the seasoned radish container.
Put the prepared red pepper powder, sesame seeds, soy sauce, minced garlic, and chopped green onions in a container and mix them well with eggplants.

Please move it to a plate to make it easy to eat.
I think it'd be so good if you cut it into small pieces and make bibimbap.
