Cut the kimchi into small pieces and prepare it.
I used sour kimchi. I cut it into small pieces with scissors.
STEP 4/14
I also cooled the pre-boiled octopus and cut it into small pieces.
STEP 5/14
I boiled anchovies in water and made anchovy broth.
STEP 6/14
I turned on the gas and put kimchi in the pan.
STEP 7/14
I added 1 spoon of sesame oil and 0.5 spoon of sugar.
And stir-fry it well.

When sugar and sesame oil are well fried, add octopus and stir-fry again.

I put the anchovy broth and cold rice that I made beforehand.
I didn't put a lot of anchovy broth from the beginning. I added a little bit of it while making it. If you put in a lot at once, it becomes soup, so I recommend you add a little bit and make the desired concentration.
