Making Vegan Pasta Using Nutritional Yeast

  • crushed garlic

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add salt to boiling water and boil the noodles for more than 10 minutes (depending on personal preference)
STEP 2/5
Grease a pan with olive oil, stir-fry chopped onion and garlic until caramelized, then add vegetable broth (200ml) and boil it down until there is little soup (salt seasoning)
STEP 3/5
Mix onion, garlic, vegan basil pesto, cashew nuts, lemon juice, sundried tomatoes, vegetable broth (200ml), olive oil, salt and pepper (finely!)
STEP 4/5
Mix cooked noodles and sauce in a bowl. (If sticky, add water to replenish moisture)
STEP 5/5
Put it on a plate and sprinkle pepper and lemon gestures
