It's really delicious and it's also a good lunch menu for kale ssambap. We made chili tuna, a fantastic combination if we eat it together. It's good for your health, so make sure to make it and try it!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
First, I'm going to make chili tuna.
Chop carrots, onions, zucchini and green onions.
I used the frozen green onions that I cut and put in the freezer.
And I use tuna oil after removing a little bit of it from the strainer.

Pour some cooking oil on the pan and stir-fry onions and carrots.

Stir-fry the zucchini and green onion when the onion is clear and ready to cook. Add tuna and stir-fry it to make chili tuna.

Now, to turn the tuna into stir-fried red pepper tuna, I added 1.5 spoons of red pepper paste. Add red pepper paste according to the amount of tuna you put in.
It is recommended that you do not add a lot of liver at once, but add little by little and season to suitably.

Add red pepper paste and stir-fry well, add 0.5 spoon of red pepper powder and 1 spoon of oligosaccharide and stir-fry again.
If it suits your taste, add sesame seeds and stir-fry it one more time. That's it!

Red pepper tuna is done.
If there is chili tuna left, it's so delicious to steam cabbage and wrap it together.
And it's good to just eat with rice,
It's delicious even if you put it in kimbap. Or it's good with chili tuna fried rice.
STEP 7/12
Now blanch the kale.
Put enough water to soak the kale in a pot and add 0.3 spoons of thick salt when the water boils. Then add kale leaves and blanch them slightly. I blanched it for about 10 seconds.
Remove the blanched kale, cool it in running cold water, and squeeze out the water.
STEP 8/12
I'm going to make kale ssambap now.
First, spread out the back of the blanched kale.

Place rice moderately on the back of the kale.
And put the red pepper tuna on top of the rice.

Roll the stems slightly towards the rice and fold them on both sides. And if you roll it up, you're done making kale wrap rice.

It's done. It's easy to take a bite after making kale ssambap. It's convenient to eat, so it's good when you're busy.

And if you put a little bit of chili tuna on top like me, it becomes prettier kale ssambap. I put chili tuna inside, but the seasoning was just right, so even if I put chili tuna on top, it was not salty and delicious.

-Put all ingredients according to the amount and number of people you put in. If you add a little bit of Cheongyang red pepper to the tuna, you can enjoy the spicy taste. If you make chili tuna, you can also use it instead of ssamjang. -I also recommend it as a lunch box menu.
