Making British bean brunch with Cuckoo Twin Presser rice cooker
I made a British bean brunch full of vegetable protein with a Cuckoo Twin Presser rice cooker. 2 atmospheric ultra-high pressure mode, which generates active convection, you can complete a British bean brunch very easily and deliciously by cooking beans with a multi-grain menu and stir-frying them slightly in a pan. It's good to use broccoli and eggs as a diet dish as well as brunch. Twin pressers have special features! You can adjust the pressure by turning the lid handle right away. No pressure and no pressure! With these two functions, you can cook a variety of dishes!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Please prepare the ingredients first.
I used white kidney beans, chickpeas, yellow beans, and red lentils, and you can use them together.
STEP 2/12
Wash the beans clean and put them in my pot and pour water to the white rice scale 2.
STEP 3/12
If you look closely at the stainless steel curved inner pot before cooking, you can see that it is uniquely round at 60 degrees.
It actively generates heat convection, which improves the taste of rice.
STEP 4/12
Close the lid and turn the engagement handle toward the high pressure mode.
In the high pressure mode, the double motion valve goes down to block the steam outlet and the beans are soft and moist.
STEP 5/12
Please select the multi-grain menu and press the high-pressure cook button.
If you choose the high-pressure mixed grain mode, it takes 43 minutes to cook!
STEP 6/12
While the beans cook, surround the pan with olive oil and fry the eggs.
STEP 7/12
Blanch broccoli in boiling water with a little salt for 30 seconds and wash it in cold water.
And cook it slightly in the pan.
STEP 8/12
Bake the bacon until golden on the front and back.
STEP 9/12
Please open the lid when the cooking is done.
Turn the lid coupling handle from high pressure to no pressure and press the lid opening button.
STEP 10/12
. In the 2 atmospheric ultra-high pressure mode, the pressure is 11% higher than before.
Thanks to that, I was able to make sure that the beans were soft and very ripe without having to soak them.
The hard beans were also soft and comfortable, so it was good to just eat them as they are.
STEP 11/12
Add olive oil to pan and stir-fry cooked beans.
Finally, add butter, salt and pepper and finish.
STEP 12/12
Place all ingredients in a bowl with roasted beans.
