Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
It's Gyeonggi-mi Chamdream rice.
STEP 2/14
It's an eel with teriyaki seasoning. I bought a commercial one. I spread it out and put it in a container.
STEP 3/14
Put it in the air fryer and bake it. I baked it at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
STEP 4/14
Season the Chamdream rice. It's rice seasoning. Add salt, stir-fried sesame salt, and sesame oil and mix well. Then the rice seasoning for gimbap is over.
STEP 5/14
These are the ingredients for eel kimbap. It's hard pickled radish and pickled ginger. It's pickled ginger that you eat when you eat raw fish. I prepared eel because I eat it with ginger. And grilled eel.
STEP 6/14
It's a fresh vegetable picked from the garden. I'm going to wrap two rows, one with mustard and the other with flower lettuce.

Put rice on the seaweed and put mustard wraps on it. I put in enough two. So that the green color stands out. And I chose mustard wrap to help the greasiness of the eel. It's pungent.

Place grilled teriyaki seasoned eel on top of it.

I cut it. The color is alive with the contrast between the green wrap and yellow pickled radish. And eel!!

Put it in a lunch box and sprinkle sesame seeds. Healthy stamina-style eel gimbap made with Chamdream rice is complete. It's probably the best lunch box!!
