It's an octopus defrosted in cold water. The octopus in the Yujeong Octopus Wheat Kit was thick and cut. I just cut the frozen octopus and put it in.

In addition to the sauce in the meal kit, we added red pepper powder, red pepper paste, starch syrup, sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger.

Pour the thawed octopus into a heated pan. And just stir-fry it first. It's to drain. If you look at the meal kit, it says to stir-fry it so that it can get water because it's frozen octopus. And yet, I felt like water was still coming out.

After you stir-fry it for a while, pour in the sauce.

Octopus should not be overcooked, so when it boils, add green onions and turn off the heat. And if you put one round of sesame oil, that's it!! But there was a lot of water. Even when you stir-fry it once. I think I should have added extra starch when making the seasoning.

This is a spicy stir-fried octopus made by adding an octopus meal kit and seasoning. I was worried even though there was a lot of soup, but it was much better. The soup tastes better. Since I mixed it with octopus, bean sprouts, and rice, I thought there should be soup. It's a twist
