2. Oats and brown rice
- Wash the oats clean, put brown rice in my pot and pour water up to the second scale of multi-grain water

3. Turn the lid engagement handle (turn left) to high pressure
*If you use high pressure, the pressure of the pot in the rice cooker rises to 2 atmospheres, making the hard ingredients soft.

4. Select brown rice/ germination menu as setting, set 3H and press high pressure cook button

5. Press the Cancel button after 30 minutes

6. Drain soaked oats and brown rice on a sieve

7. Stir-fry oats and brown rice in a pan over low heat for 15 minutes and transfer to a bowl

8. Stir-fry nuts (happari seeds, almonds) in a pan over low heat for about 3 minutes and transfer to a bowl

9. Mix the ingredients in a bowl with blueberries and cranberries

10. Put syrup ingredients in a pan and boil over high heat

11. Boil it on high heat and turn it off when it boils

12. Pour in the nuts and mix quickly to coat with syrup

Tip. You can easily shape it by using a baking mold or side dish container.
