Making Thai-style pork rice with rice
I can't travel abroad because of COVID-19... Eat Thai pork over rice at home and tell them how sad it is^^

  • crushed garlic

  • Pork and minced meat

  • instant rice
    2bowl
  • Spinach
    2handful
  • chili
    1ea
  • egg
    2ea
  • Cooking oil

  • fish sauce
    1TS
  • Oyster sauce
    1TS
  • Sugar
    1ts
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Grease a heated pan and stir-fry minced garlic.
STEP 2/7
When the garlic scent comes up, stir-fry the minced pork.
STEP 3/7
When the pork is cooked, stir-fry sliced onions.
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
STEP 5/7
Cut the clean spinach into bite-size pieces and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/7
Finish by adding red pepper.
STEP 7/7
Place fried pork on top of warm rice and top with fried eggs.
If you have fish sauce, you can use it instead of fish sauce. It instead of fish sauce, right?
