STEP 1/17
Chop the onions long.

Cut potatoes, beef, and mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
You can cut it into big pieces, or you can cut it into small pieces like me. Cut it to suit your taste.
STEP 3/17
The total amount of water needed is 700ml, but I used it to add 200ml separately and dissolve the high rice powder.
[You can put the powder in right away, but it gets cakey, so I put it in advance
STEP 4/17
Add 1T of cooking oil and stir-fry onions over medium heat.
STEP 5/17
Onions are good to fry for a long time, so if you have time, stir-fry them until they turn brown as shown in the picture.
If you don't have time, stir-fry it moderately.
STEP 6/17
First, stir-fry the potatoes that ripen the latest.
STEP 7/17
I boil it in water later, but I tend to cook it more than 80 to 90% during the stir-frying process.
STEP 8/17
Add mushrooms and beef when potatoes are cooked to a certain extent.
STEP 9/17
Stir-fry beef until it is cooked
STEP 10/17
Use it to dissolve the high rice powder and add 500ml of water.
[If you're using solid sauce, you don't need to leave it in water, so add 700ml]
STEP 11/17
Boil the ingredients for a moment if they are all cooked during the frying process, or boil them until they are cooked if they are not.
STEP 12/17
When all the ingredients are cooked, add the melted high rice sauce.
STEP 13/17
If the concentration thickens after dissolving it without clumping
STEP 14/17
Add ketchup, please. I put in 1.5T, so please adjust the amount according to your preference.
STEP 15/17
If you added ketchup, mix lightly and remove from heat.
STEP 16/17
It's good to put sauce on top of rice and eat it right away. It tastes good even if you put eggs on it.
STEP 17/17
If you put an egg on it, the children like it because it tastes the same as omurice
