Put the chopped chives and carrots in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 8 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1/3 tablespoon of ginger powder, 2 tablespoon of tuna liquid (or fish sauce), 2 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 3 tablespoon sesame seeds

Mix the seasoning ingredients evenly. It needs to be salty when you taste it. It's right when you season it with crab.

Add crab and mix it with a spatula. If you mix it with your hands, it stings and hurts

Mix it well, put it in a container, ripen it in the refrigerator for about a day, and you're done making delicious marinated crab.
When trimming a live crab, it's good to put the crab in the freezer for about 30 minutes to faint before trimming it. That way, there is no harm to your body when you soak raw food, and even if you trim the crab, the crab does not lose weight and stays the same
