Rice Ratatouille [Kawaji No.1 Rice]
Ratatouille is a representative dish of France and is a vegetable stew made by boiling tomato sauce with tomato, eggplant, and pumpkin. I sometimes eat ratatouille with bread, and I made it by frying rice in tomato sauce to suit my Korean taste and also for a meal.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Please prepare the ingredients for the rice ratatouille.

Put 1 cup of soaked rice and 1 cup of water in a pot and cover. Bring to a boil over high heat.
When it boils, turn it down to low heat and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
After 7 minutes, turn off the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Cut zucchini, eggplant, and tomato into 0.3cm thick pieces to form a circular shape.

Chop the garlic and onions for the fried rice.

Yoongi was the best when I cooked rice! It's a shame that I can't capture everything in the picture..
I liked the taste of rice because it was chewy like glutinous rice, and it had a subtle sweet smell that spreads as you chew it.

Grease a pan with cooking oil, stir-fry minced garlic and onions, then add shrimp.
When the shrimp is cooked, stir-fry a bowl of rice and pour 1 cup of tomato sauce.

When I stir-fry tomato sauce in sticky rice, it has a risotto-like texture

Place fried rice in an oven-friendly bowl.

Place zucchini, eggplant and tomato round it.

You can also sprinkle the remaining tomato sauce or cheese after wrapping the vegetables!

Cover with oil and sprinkle with salt and parsley to prevent the vegetables from burning.
Bake in an air fryer or oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

I checked after 10 minutes, and the vegetables were thin, so they were all cooked. Please consider the cooking time depending on the thickness of the vegetables!

I finished it by sprinkling cheese powder and parsley powder.
