Stack the remaining 50 cucumbers on top and add 1 cup of pepper seeds and 5 cups of sugar, vinegar and salt each. Cover and place at room temperature for one day. (Tip. It's good to use a push-dog to hold the cucumber. If you don't have a large container, you can make 50 separately. If you add chili seeds, it tastes better, but if you don't have it, you can skip it.)
STEP 6/9
After a day, remove all the cucumbers and place them at room temperature for three to five days, replacing the still fresh cucumbers on the top with the pickled cucumbers on the bottom.
