Wash cucumbers clean in running water. (Tip. Rub gently so that the cucumber doesn't get hurt.)

Wash the top and dirt off each end of the cucumber.

Stack 50 cucumbers in a kimchi container and pour 5 cups of sugar, salt and vinegar each.

Stack the remaining 50 cucumbers on top and add 1 cup of pepper seeds and 5 cups of sugar, vinegar and salt each. Cover and place at room temperature for one day. (Tip. It's good to use a push-dog to hold the cucumber. If you don't have a large container, you can make 50 separately. If you add chili seeds, it tastes better, but if you don't have it, you can skip it.)
STEP 6/9
After a day, remove all the cucumbers and place them at room temperature for three to five days, replacing the still fresh cucumbers on the top with the pickled cucumbers on the bottom.
