Cooking Steps

Rinse 400g of radish salad in water and drain on a strainer.
If you buy whole radish slices, you can chop them with a knife.

Mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoons of plum juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder well, melt all the sugar, and then mix crushed garlic.

Put the radish salad, cucumber salad, and perilla leaf salad for one person each in a bowl, and sprinkle the green onions little by little.

Sprinkle 3 to 4 tablespoons of the sauce you made and mix it well to complete the fresh seasoned radish.
