Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Make the sauce while the fish is completely thawed. 1T of thick soy sauce, 1T of fish sauce, 1T of water, 1.5T of honey (starch syrup), 0.5T of sesame oil, 1t of red pepper powder, 1t of ground garlic
STEP 2/5
