Before cooking, pour 800ml of lukewarm water into the wood ear mushrooms and soak them for 20 minutes.

Trim the garlic stems well, wash them, remove the moisture, and cut them into 2~3cm lengths.

Chop the green onions.

Wash the wood ear mushrooms that have been soaked for 20 minutes, cut off the bottom, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Marinate: Mix beef, 2 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce, green onion, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and a little pepper in a bowl.

Then add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon sesame salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Stir-fry: First, put cooking oil in the pan, stir-fry green onions, and then stir-fry wood ear mushrooms.

Then season with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and stir-fry the marinated beef and garlic stems slightly.

Lastly, add 1 tablespoon sesame and 1 tablespoon sesame oil and mix them gently.
