STEP 1/9
I prepared beef for bulgogi. I removed the blood with a kitchen towel. Slice radishes into bite-size pieces.
I also chopped Cheongyang chili peppers to give it a spicy taste.
It would be better if you put in Ugeoji or Eolgal, but I used bracken because I wasn't at home. Cut bracken into bite-size pieces.
I cut the green onion to the length of my pinky and cut it thin again.
I'm going to use the rice water as a broth. Please prepare enough.
Wash the bean sprouts in advance, too.
STEP 2/9
I'm going to make chili oil first.
Put 2 spoons of sesame oil and 1 spoon of cooking oil in a pot and add green onion right away to make green onion oil. When the scent of green onion oil comes up, turn it to low heat, add 1 spoon of red pepper powder, and stir-fry more.
(The red pepper powder may burn, so stir-fry it on low heat.)
STEP 3/9
When red pepper powder and green onion oil are mixed well and when red pepper oil comes out
Add the meat and stir-fry it together.
STEP 4/9
If the redness of the beef disappears, add 1 spoon of soy sauce and stir-fry again.
STEP 5/9
If you stir-fry it well with soy sauce, add rice water and boil it.
STEP 6/9
Add rice water and pre-cut radish.
And add bracken as well.
When red pepper oil comes to mind and boils, add 1 spoon of minced garlic, 0.5 spoon of red pepper paste, and 1 spoon of anchovy sauce to boil.
STEP 7/9
If it is not enough, add a little salt and season to taste. I just added a little bit of salt.
If the seasoning is right, add bean sprouts and add the large green onion slices and boil them again.
STEP 8/9
When it started to boil, I changed the pot.
I boiled it in a large pot, but I put about half of the market rice soup I made because I wanted to eat it properly like rice soup in an earthen pot and boiled it again.
When it boils, add half a cheongyang pepper.
STEP 9/9
Ta-da! It's done.
It's really good if you roll up the rice and scoop a spoonful.
I don't need any other side dishes.
For those who don't have appetite, don't want to make side dishes, or like hot rice soup! It's a recipe that's surprisingly easy to make if you have ingredients. I recommend beef market rice soup that you really like even if you make it for your parents!
The longer you boil it, the more delicious and deep it tastes. Marketplace rice soup sold at the market is also more delicious because it is boiled for a long time!
