In 10 minutes! Hammelt toast that everyone eats deliciously
I love toast. I make street toast and eat it. I make Isaac toast and eat it. Hammelt toast is a menu that I couldn't guess the taste of, but I tried it once and fell in love with it. It is easy and simple to make, so it is a recipe that can be made quickly when you are busy or when you are lazy to cook. It's a salty, sweet and crispy toast, also known as Jongwon Baek ham melt toast.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare two slices of bread. I'm going to use one sheet first, and I'm going to cover the other one.
(I originally like regular bread, but this time I used whole wheat bread because I had it at home. I don't care about the type of bread.)

Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of the bread.

Place cheese on top of mayonnaise.
I cut the cheese and filled in the empty spots to put it on top.

The slice ham I used is not a big square shape, but a small slice ham, so I put up three slices and put them up without any empty space.

Lastly, I cut it to fill the empty space and put the remaining cheese on top. They usually put mozzarella cheese on top, but I didn't have mozzarella cheese, so I put the leftover cheese on top.

If you put it up like this, cover it with the remaining bread.
(I only had the front part, so I used it as the front part.)

Place butter in a heated pan.
Then, move the pan and coat it with butter evenly.

Bake the other side crispy as well.
(I cut off the edges of the toast and used it.
I usually just eat it, but I'm going to eat it later... I cut it. You can use it as it is.)

It's a crispy yet moist ham melt toast.
It's much simpler than making regular toast, so if you put the ingredients on the bread and bake it, you can make it quickly. Children can eat it with milk or it's salty, so it's also good for adults to drink. It's also good for a simple breakfast.
If you buy bread, it's hard to finish it within the expiration date. So I buy toast and keep it in the freezer if it's left. I think that's how you can eat it for a longer time. But you can't eat it right away, so defrost it and use it or bake bread in a pan.
