Making super simple bean sprout soup
There's nothing in it, so I'm worried if it'll taste good like this! But strangely enough, it's delicious! A delicious soup with nothing special ingredients! It's not an exaggeration to say that it's a soup with cost-effectiveness. Sometimes, it's so good to put bean sprout soup in an earthen pot and boil it and then add raw eggs and enjoy it like rice soup^^

Ingredients
  • Bean sprouts
    300g
  • Water
    2L
  • leek
    1handful
  • crushed garlic
    2TS
  • salted anchovies
    2TS
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2TS
  • a thick salt
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Rinse 300g of bean sprouts thoroughly in cold water, drain, and wait until the water boils in a pot with 2 liters of water
STEP 2/5
When the water starts to boil in the pot, add all the washed bean sprouts, add 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and wait until it boils again
STEP 3/5
When the bean sprout soup starts to boil, chop the garlic and add 2 tablespoons to the bean sprout soup
STEP 4/5
When the water boils up, add 2 tablespoons of anchovy sauce and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and boil for 5 minutes or 10 more
STEP 5/5
If the bean sprouts are cooked, add a handful of green onions and boil it for 3-5 minutes
I don't close the lid. When you make bean sprout soup, it's better to boil it with the lid closed from the beginning or without closing the lid at all.
