STEP 1/10
I used Crumbull Gorgonzola cheese that I bought at Costco......
STEP 2/10
I used a 30cm large whole wheat tortilla as a pizza dough.
Put the pan on medium heat...Put a tablespoon of olive oil...I'm going to post a card of DDO-DIA.
And 40 to 50g of Gorgonzola cheese
I'm going to put it up...
Gorgonzola cheese is too salty to eat.
It has a strong scent.
STEP 3/10
Put 120-150g of mozzarella cheese in between...
STEP 4/10
The cheese melts and becomes Korean food
STEP 5/10
Take it out when the bottom is brown and pretty.
STEP 6/10
Place on a plate and cut into 4 or 8 pieces with scissors.
If you cut it with a pizza knife, there's a small knife mark on the plate...It was left over.
If you want to put vegetables on top and roll them, it's good to cut them into quarters.
STEP 7/10
A handful of Arugula was washed and drained before 2 Ts of olive oil.
Sprinkle 1ts of Parmasa cheese powder and mix it
STEP 8/10
If you put it in the middle, it's done
STEP 9/10
Roll up a piece and eat it with honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup.
Arugula prices are good these days.
Gorgonzola pizza should be topped with arugula
It's delicious.
STEP 10/10
Arugula is a special vegetable that looks like a young radish, which is effective in digestion and helps with colds.
It smells good, so it's easy to eat.
Leaves are usually used in salads, and stronger stems are sometimes served with meat.
