  • Milk

  • Parmesan cheese powder

  • Garlic

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Cooking oil

  • Broth
    2cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Grease a heated pan and stir-fry sliced garlic.
STEP 2/9
When the garlic is half cooked, stir-fry the chopped onions.
STEP 3/9
When onions are half cooked, stir-fry sliced shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 4/9
Add rice and broth and bring to a boil while stirring.
STEP 5/9
When the water becomes too watery, add milk and boil it.
STEP 6/9
Add Parmesan cheese powder.
STEP 7/9
Season with salt.
STEP 8/9
Remove from heat and melt butter with residual heat.
STEP 9/9
When butter melts, stir well and place in a bowl.
If you use dried shiitake mushrooms, put shiitake mushrooms in 2 cups of water and sprinkle mushroom soaked water instead of universal broth, the mushroom scent becomes richer.
