STEP 1/6
Cut the broccoli into large pieces and wash it.

Blanch in boiling water for 20 seconds.
STEP 3/6
Wash it quickly in cold water and cool it down.
STEP 4/6
Squeeze out the water and cut into smaller sizes.(If you cut it into small pieces before blanching it, it will all break, so make sure to cut it after blanching it!)

Add seasoning except broccoli and sesame oil and mix it with all your might. (If you rub it gently, the seasoning doesn't spread evenly between broccoli.)

When the seasoning is evenly soaked, add sesame oil and lightly mix it to complete.
If you cut the raw one too finely, it will break, so when you boil it for a long time, the crunch will disappear, so blanch it slightly.
