Cooking Steps

Prepare the egg yolk separately as 1 for sauce and 1 for patty.

Slice the onions thickly. You can use white onions. I used red onions.

Dissolve 100g unsalted butter in a medium-hot water. It's safe to use medium heat.

When butter melts, white impurities form. Take it out with a spoon. You can turn off the light now.

Now pour the purified butter into a clean container except for the lactose that has sunk underneath.

Put egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of water in a pot with thick bottom.
