If you make the potatoes as thin as possible, it's good to finish quickly.
Cut it as you like

Put butter in a pan
Stir-fry the potatoes

Add the broth or water so that the potatoes are soaked
Boil until the potatoes are crushed
Strongly recommend vegetable broth

Strain it through a sieve and grind it with a blender
Please put it down
For the broth, use the filtered ones little by little
Adjust the desired concentration of puree.

Add salt and pepper to the puree
If you put whipped cream in the puree and boil it, it becomes a soup
You can make it thick and stick it in between the breads, or use it as a thin sauce
