Ingredients
  • Tofu

  • Sugar

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Remove the moisture from the tofu, put chopsticks on each side, and cut them into bite-sized pieces
STEP 2/6
Put tofu on paper foil and sprinkle salt, pepper, and olive oil
STEP 3/6
Put it in an air fryer and bake it at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes
STEP 4/6
Take it out and put it in a bowl
STEP 5/6
Remove perilla oil, sesame salt, and pepper. Boil the seasoning ingredients in a pot. Add chopped Cheongyang red pepper and boil it. Turn off the heat and mix it with perilla oil, pepper, and sesame salt

Put the sauce on top of the tofu and finish

    I baked it in the air fryer for 20 minutes, but it's too watery. I baked it for 10 more minutes, and it feels too hard outside~^^ The sauce was a bit bland because I did it according to the sauce was a bit bland It was a healthy taste because the seasoning didn't soak in the inside I think it'd be okay to add more seasoning^^ I think we need to consider the thickness of the tofu^^ Thank you for the recipe~^^
